The Lion King (Spring 2023)

ActUp Theater presents The Lion King this spring! Disney's The Lion King has captivated the imagination of audiences around the world. And now, you have the opportunity to be a part of the unforgettable cast of characters from Pride Rock. 

Simba. Mufasa. Scar. Timon. Pumbaa. Nala. Rafiki. 

We are looking for confident male and female singers and dancers to be in the ensemble and cover lead roles. Experienced and non-experienced performers are welcome! We strongly encourage dancers and singers of all cultural backgrounds to audition at the Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts (15 Vernon Street, Hartford, CT 06106).

The Lion King auditions were February 27-March 2. Hakuna Matata!
