ActUp Theater is getting
back in the habit this winter
with Sister Act!

Diva Deloris witnesses a murder and is placed in protective custody as the one thing no one would suspect: A NUN. Disguised as a nun she uses her unique talents to inspire not only the choir, but also finds salvation in the heavenly power of her newly found sisterhood and the community. Deloris is then needed to help teach music to teens at a troubled school in hopes of keeping the facility from closing. Can Sister Mary Clarence shape the rowdy kids into a real choir?

This gloriously funny musical, set in the '90s, brings together comedy, music, and the power of finding your own voice!

Program Advertisement | Sister Act

Program Advertisements can usually be found in the Productions program handed out at each show. They are a paid tribute to cast members from their companies, organizations, parents, family members, teachers, or supporters, and are a popular way to celebrate a cast member’s hard work, accomplishment, and talent.

Like commercial advertising in school yearbooks, Program Advertisements help offset the cost of the program for ActUp. They’re offered in multiple sizes such as ¼ page, ½ page and include photos and a personal congratulatory message from the supporter to the cast member. Our ActUp team will design them as well!
