ActUp Theater’s Arts Academy is back
for summer 2025
Bigger, bolder, and ready to enjoy New York City Broadway’s HAMILTON!
This year participants will have the opportunity to:
- Join an immersive learning experience
- Develop their talent with master teaching artists
- AND, go to New York City to see HAMILTON on Broadway
For 4 weeks this summer (July 7th - July 31st), we’re turning up the heat and helping youth and teens sharpen their skills and explore their creativity.
Monday - Thursday | 8:45 am - 3:30 pm

Jump Back into the Island!
This spring, Once On This Island lit up the stage with a story that moved hearts and shook the room. Through vibrant soca rhythms, dancehall beats, and soul-stirring vocals, our cast brought the island to life — and with it, Ti Moune’s bold journey of love, sacrifice, and self-discovery. Guided by the island gods — Love, Earth, Water, and Death — she dared to dream beyond the lines drawn for her. Looking back, we’re still asking the question she faced: free will, love, or destiny?
